Adjudication

Adjudication

Should a dispute arise within a building project, an adjudicator may be required to assist in a resolution.

Greenward Associates have a professionally trained adjudicator in-house.

We can prepare a Notice of Adjudication after assessing your dispute.  On your behalf, our team will compile and submit the referring bundle containing the evidence of your case.

We can also assist if a Notice of Adjudication has been served upon you, by offering the correct advice regarding your dispute.   Our team is able to prepare and submit the respondent bundle on your behalf containing the defence evidence of your case.
