Insurance Claims
At Greenward Associates we are instructed by loss adjusters, insurance companies, landlords and residential property owners to determine the damage caused by accidents or freak weather and organise reinstatement works.
We take care of the initial inspection of the site and record the extent of the damage. We can arrange and co-ordinate emergency/temporary works and can liaise in the preparation of claims and the agreement of claims.
We carry out a schedule of works, liaise with contractors, acquire any necessary statutory consents, oversee the works and administer the contract on behalf of the client.
