We can examine and advise on drawings, detailing and specifications in relation to disputes.

Advice is available on building disputes and contractual procedures such as delay, extensions of time, defects and breaches of warranty.

Tom Green is a Sweet Maxwell checked expert witness and registered with the UK Register of Expert Witnesses.

We have the capabilities to act as Expert Witnesses for Court or arbitration proceedings, including the preparation of proofs of evidence.
