The Practice was established in March 2005 by Tom Green and Brian Ward after five years of working together for another private practice of Building Surveyors.

We retained the office premises at Wilson House in the centre of Bournemouth and offer a comprehensive range of building surveying services within a 50 mile radius. We would like to establish ourselves as the premier building surveying practice in Bournemouth and the surrounding area.

We are both in our early thirties and have a combined construction knowledge in excess of thirty years. We currently employ a team of building surveyors, all with a good degree of building experience and computer aided design skills.

As the practice expands in all aspects of building surveying we are eager to develop a complete package of services that encompasses property design, construction, management and purchase.

The future ambition of the practice is to broaden our client base even wider and embrace alternative professional services within a multi-discipline organisation of property consultants…
