We have been employed by the client to administrate the contract throughout the construction phase of the development.  This involves regular site meetings and issuing all documentation, instructions and certification in conjunction with the JCT Intermediate Form Of Contract in place.

By working closely with the client and main contractor, our role is to ensure that the building is constructed to the highest standard in accordance with the approved drawings.  Our objective throughout is to complete the project on schedule and within the budget.
