With this project we acquired both Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval on behalf of our client. 

The brief from our client was to create a third floor to accommodate the master suite with private balcony area, taking advantage of the views across Poole and the Harbour beyond. The project involved renovating the main house whilst still maintaining the Art Deco style.
