Development Appraisal Reports are prepared for developers and/or their funder to determine whether the appropriate construction costs has been allowed to complete the proposed project.
Through our understanding of the construction industry, we can determine whether the project is feasible or not.
Following initial appraisal, should the project go ahead, we are also able to provide project monitoring reports as part of the contract administration process.
